Have you gotten any word that Colorado is likely to see it? Just a guess, but I wouldn't think they'd send this one.

I assume since we got Brew 2000 that we would get this one as well.

Fair enough. I didn't realize we got Brew 2000. I never saw or heard of it hitting Colorado, but that would've been when many Fremont bombers weren't even making it to the shelf...

We will see Brew 3k. Heard from the Fremont rep the other day. When, however, is the question

Truck was supposed to land yesterday. You can probably start chasing next week?

Very few stores got Brew2k. Should be more 3k going around.

La Cumbre la nagra is really fucking good for a no frills roasty ass ba stout. Since we annexed fremont and la cumbre.

Has anyone been to the work from home day party at cerebral? I’m pretty new to Denver and love their beers but wondering if it’s a complete shit show with too many people or if it’s a chill event.

I’ve personally never been but one of my close friends has been the last 2 years and said that it’s super chill. Says it wasn’t over sold and had a very good time.

Sweet! I ended up getting a ticket for my wife and I. I usually only go to Cerebral on Friday to have Empanada on Wheels and a quick beer but I'm looking forward to my first event at the brewery.

Still haven't seen Brew 3k in Denver. Has it shown up at any bottle shops in Colorado?

    Brew3k /= CO BA Stout

Came in here to say the 4 Noses/Mile High Weller Select BMF BA Stout was absolutely incredible. I'll be looking for more 4 Noses BA stouts in the future.

Also really looking forward to the Upslope Batch 1000 17.5% stout:

17.5% ABV To Celebrate our 1000th batch of beer brewed at our main production facility, we concocted a ludicrously sticky wort and dosed ten different types of sugar into the fermenting beer. Twelve months of mellowing in fresh bourbon barrels bestowed notes of warm caramel, crème brûlée, stone fruit, and baking spices. This rich and viscous beer turned cordial is intended to be savored and shared in good company.

    Barreled Treasure; Odell

Evidently its a blend of bourbon and rum barrel aged imperial stout with coffee.

    11% and available in 4-packs!

I’m pretty dick pumped to try it... their barrel program gets zero love and quietly kills it.

I say this as someone who when living in Colorado put Odell as my favorite brewery and whose beer I drank more of than anyone elses. It took the A LONG time before they started making barrel aged beers that stood up to the the better barrel programs out there, so I think they have some work cut out for them when it comes to making a new name for themselves for their barrel aged stuff.

But some of their latest stuff has been worthy, Bullproof, BA Lugene, etc. I was so bummed when their BA Red Ale that @Domingo has long talked up never made it down to Albuquerque, I bet that was great. I think they are the best brewery out there at doing Red/Amber ales, I could only imagine how good that one was.
