Hey all- April is super rough month for a share. I’m not going to be able to host one this month. Tons going on in brewpub, Columbus, events, personal etc. hopefully can revisit one next month- cheers y’all and hope to see y’all in having beers soon.

Have some great beers on now- more cans coming soon. Follow the untappd menu. Updating every time. Great guests taps on now too.

Friday April 19th. Ghost Tropic(Lotus) Cans will be available at 1130am. We took the GT recipe and are subbing out the Chinook for tons of Lotus! So Lotus joins Mosaic and Amarillo on this one. We will keep the label but the bottom of the can will say Lotus Ghost so people know the difference. Snoochie cans should be the next week.

Have some great stuff coming up with events!

Wed April 24th at 6pm. Equilibrium Tap Takeover- 5 beers including 3 they haven't released yet. Sours and NEIPAs and I can give more details when they release the beers at their brewery!

Thurs April 25th. Ology Tap Takeover- 3 beers on draft and 2 on site wild ale bottles! Ology won Best Brewery at Huna Day this year! I will also tap Garagiste Blueberry Reboog!

With all the friend breweries coming into town for Mikerphone Fest we will other awesome guest taps coming on. Casa Agria, Rare Barrel, Barn Town and some others TBA. Im updating untappd almost daily so you can see what we have on.

Collabs- We will also be brewing with Saint Errant, Casa Agria, and Ology over next few weeks. Ology and SE will both be Sour IPAs and are looking to CAN them for craft beer week!

Craft Beer Week! In House Events already set up-

Saisonathon- The ABV Chicago guys are friends and asked if we would host this year! Tuesday May 14th is the date and we will let them send out the details!.

New England Event. 3rd annual all hazy beer is coming! 16 taps. all some kind of Hazy IPA! More details to come!

PS: It's a little ridiculous the Phase 3 thread has 3x the amount of posts as this thread for a brewery that hasn't really done anything yet.

Yeah insane busy right now so shares may be hard to come by for foreseeable future. May/June will also be crazy so we’ll see.

 

Sounds like maybe you'll need to open a second location in Chicago for shares...

 

That color is fantastic. I've been hearing great things about Lotus, very curious.

 

Are the cans hitting districts or brewery only.

Ghost Tropic is one of my favorite beers and this Lotus version is

Super tropical with a good bitterness on the finish. That plus the Reuben sandwich made for a great lunch.
