    Rochefort 8 for now. Unfortunately can’t find the 10 one at the local mall and I’d have to drive a bit out of my way to find it.

    Good afternoon @Shanex - thanks for starting today's thread! Today's New Breakfast Beer:



    While I'm generally a fanboy of Modern Times products, they are rarely available here on the former frontier. That said, I can usually score some through Tavour. Today's entry is only the second MT brew that I've rated <4, both being NEIPAs.

    Well it's official, the weather is too bad to venture out today, so . . .

    Hazy light gold color with white cap and great lacing.

    Aroma of bright herbal hops clearly displaying a ripe citrus character, I get pineapple and apricot.

    Taste is a delightful mixture of the things found in the scent with an added sharpness in the hops. I don't really get the herbalness of the scent, rather a melange of fruit tones ranging from tropical richness to apricot lushness. Lots going on here, very complex flavors elevated to a highly sophisticated plane. This one has a fullness of hops without bitterness.

    Happy Tuesday ba. Up and at it with the last of my Other Half haul. This is The Daydreamiest, an imperial oat cream ipa. Features citra, mosaic, and galaxy. Decent stuff, but man is this stuff sugary sweet. Not my favorite oh ipa by a long shot,
