    Beautiful morning for a long walk to the park with the dogs...home now with my morning coffee - “Uber Joe” by 3 Sheeps Brewing:



    Bottled 3/29/18. Strong coffee nose, and coffee with bitter roast/bittersweet dark chocolate on the tongue. Thanks @scream for this Sheboygan treat - Cheers and have a great day y’all!

    Happy Thursday ba. Getting into it with some Baker's Dozen, imperial stout w/chocolate, cinnamon, chili peppers, and vanilla, from Fat Orange Cat/Decadent. Full bodied and thick with lots of chocolate upfront and a subtle spicy burn on the finish. Brewed and canned here so its technically a local beer too. Very nice stuff,

    I turned 40 yesterday and just sent the day with family. Today, though, is all about the beer at the best bar in the world, Akkurat. Starting with HopHead by Dark Star, on cask. Cheers, BA!

    Right along here ba. This is Citrennial, ipa featuring you guessed it citra/centennial hops, from Foley Brothers. Not great but decent. Lots of citrus and earthy/herbal/spicy hops, with notes of pine, white wine, and decently bitter. Thinking about heading to the brewery for lunch.

    It's in a beer glass for you purists. I won't mention names, but some on this thread are encouraging me to drink more in the way of 80 to 100 proof. Bourbon is out because of a particular night at 18 years of age, but I'm really starting to enjoy rye.
