Also, we have Frank “The Tank” Haynes joining the brewery as cellerman/brewer. Frank is the assistant brewer at Dtyhop and everyone’s favorite bartender at Corridor.

Trying to appease the Irish base by promoting a guy named Patrick right before St. Patties Day?

Sorry @dubo09, those positive vibes aren’t going to go over well around here...we need someone to blame and be the bad guy.

Seriously, though, that sounds great that you’ve got it under control. I look forward to getting on there again...almost made it tonight as my 6 year old suggested Corridor but the wife and 8 year old had other ideas.

Haha! Patrick is two brews in to his Corridor residency and I can honestly say he is very talented. Give the young gun a shot. I think he’s going to surprise some folks, cheers.

This isn't their first rodeo. They've lost plenty of brewers over the years. Isn't dubo09 essentially the brewmaster for all intents and purposes?

I’m not familiar with the comings and goings pre-Roger as lead brewer. How much more was there?

Hey All, new DDH IPA tapping this Tuesday at 5pm. Also, we’ll have a 1/6bbl of our St. Errant collaboration Backseat Dreaming and some individual cans to go.

Three new DDH IPA’s will be in fermentation tanks by next week. Lots of haze heading your way, cheers.

@dubo09 , I realize this is a little aggressive but when is patio season official at Corridor?

Currently waiting on the city to issue the permit. Should hopefully be within two weeks.

Meanwhile, here I am in my 30s thinking restaurants just put out their patio stuff whenever they want.

Yeah, I thought the city just had to approve it, didn't know it was a yearly permit. This city can't stop thinking up ways to collect money.

I vote to forgo the patio and put in an outdoor canning line.

Me too....figured it's whenever a restaurant felt it was time to dig up the stuff out of self-storage.

totally naive of me to think chicago wouldn't legislate a process to ensure they got their beak wet

Shame they didn't put it out last weekend for the parade...what's more Irish than Pattie O'Furniture....

Can I rant with love for a minute:

What's preventing Corridor from getting into the canning distro game? Capital, desire, labor, licenses, space? I can't be the only one who enjoys your hazies, but finds getting two crowlers (64oz of beer) on the regular to be inconvenient and a bit cost prohibitive compared to 16oz 4 packs from competitors that are sub $20. The once a month can releases in the middle of the day doesn't do it for me. I want weekly one off hazy 4packs released whether in distro or brewery carry out only- these would be a part of my consistent beer rotation purchases. Either that or build a 2nd Corridor brewpub in my living room...
