just wanted to give a shout out to this brewery and taproom. They have a nice variety of beers and they are very well made. Quickly becoming a favorite. I don’t seem to hear much about them but I do think they deserve some appreciation.
I haven’t visited yet, but I hear that they make a very convincing New England Style IPA (I have tried their Double IPA, and it was very good.)
Unmapped is in the Beerploma best-brewery-in-the-state finals against Spilled Grain (another underrated gem), for whatever that's worth. I agree that Unmapped is doing very good work, ironically especially in Anglo-American styles (it initially positioned itself as a Belgian-oriented brewery). Unmapped Stout Ruby is the best Minnesota-brewed imperial stout I've had in years, but clearly Untappd users disagree.
I live 2 miles from there so I get there much more often than any other taproom. It's a great spot. Great beers, great variety, nice vibe and lots of good food options within walking distance. It's always busy with locals and the mix of people there is pretty eclectic.
Agree with @pmccallum86 ,ive only been there twice ,really like the food, vibe and brew. Both times i went i drove up to Back Channel brewery also..makes for a great day.
