    Barrel Aged Yeti may be the best ever for me.
    Double Barrel Jesus is in the running.
    So Happens It's Tuesday is a well done stout with a more dark fruit forward profile vs. the roasty chocolate type stouts I gravitate to.

    As for outperforming for their price, Bourbon Barrel Porter from Williamsburg Alewerks is pretty solid.

    Really? I just had a can last week and it was every bit as good as the other 4 cans I have in my cellar. Sorry to hear, wonder if there was a bad batch or something.

    Was it a 2018 vintage?

    I've had a 2017 at a bottle share recently, and it was a disappointment (unanimous decision) but the 2018 at least as of last week was holding up very well.

    Yeah, while I've had aged BA Fidy that had faded and lost their boldness, I've never encountered a bad "soy sauce" one.

    I am currently enjoying a Critical Thinking from Stillwater and while it isn't barrel aged it has the vanilla, char, and booze combination is often appealing to BA stout fans. Worth picking up if you enjoy those flavors.

    Lagunitas whatever Stout in the $5 Bomber Bottle. You simply can't beat it for the money to quality ratio.

    Sixpoint Master Blend is great. It was released as brewery only, but at some point will be distributed. Just a straight up fantastic stout.
