Bell's Hopsolution DIPA Ale. Don't remember if I've had this before but it drinks really well. It came in at 4.08 on my rating. Will definitely buy again if it's fresh. Oh yeah, a rare glass/beer match for me.....Cheers mates!

Had to pick up so knives today I handed in for sharpening. The shop just happens to be at the meat packing district in Copenhagen, a few meters from Warpigs. Long story short I made a few calls and not long after I've met up with some friends, freshly sharpened knives in one hand, freshly brewed beers in the other.

Kold Chocolate by Mikkeller & Warpigs, a 7% nitro milk stout. Had this for the first time a week ago. It saved me from one hell of a hangover. It was just as good today. Sweet and chocolately and ever so smooth.
It was really busy today at Warpigs. Maybe because people already has arrived for MBCC? Either way, hope to see some of you in the following week. There's a lot of exciting stuff going on for beer lovers in my city the next few days.

 

Hacker Pschorr Hefe Weiße.
In fact this beer is produced at the Paulaner Brauerei since 1998. Hacker Pschorr is also one of the six official Oktoberfest beers.

Heading out into the 87 "feels like 93" heat so the Sunshine City goes into the pre-chilled Yeti. Hope everyone is enjoying a Saturday and relaxing outside if possible....

Did better on the brine this time, little worse on breading. Fries came out decently as well.

I didn’t make the beer. Ardent out of Richmond is responsible for the Pilsner.

 

@vabeerguy (and others) keep telling me to go to Ardent. Still haven’t made it there yet.

We get the more classic styles they make up here, most are quite good. I thought their IPAs (classic at the time) were hit and ok when we went 2-3 years ago, @JamFuel and Mike have been there more recently.
