    A box of goodies arrived yesterday from @SomethingClever. Dave takes (and gives) a lot of shit on this site, but he is a generous guy and one of the few people I have ever met with unlimited capacity. I learned to never try to keep up with him. I'm sorry I missed him on his recent trip to Maine.

    Gents this is easily the best kriek I have ever had. This is the second and final bottle from the 3 Fonteinen Twist of fate event that I picked up. Simply amazing. Such a deep but not overpowering tart cherry flavor that almost leaves no room for sour. I get the slightest spice flavor in the back end. If the Lou Pepe kriek is the gold standard I need to get a bottle to compare. Cheers
