    I dont like to wait too long with growlers, but sometimes life gets in the way and I have drank one 2-3 weeks after filling with no carb issues.

    Cooked a 23 lb. turkey in 3.5 hours (thanks Alton Brown!) now sitting down with Uinta Cockeyed Cooper and waiting for the guests to arrive.

    Alton knows what's up. That Pecan Pie recipe from the same episode is AWESOME :grinning:

    Lawson's event was fun. Had a Brettzilla and BB Fayston Maple Imperial Stout. That's one beer where the barrel really does wonders. 1000x better than the regular Fayston!

    How is this one, compared to Highland Thunderstruck Coffee Porter, in terms of deep coffee flavors? Our local craft house just put the one above there on tap, wondering if I need to make a stop by or not.
