I'm perfectly OK with everything in this picture as it is, save for The Punisher movie poster. Tom Jane, really?! And is it framed?!?

    Speechless.

Hey, the Tom Jane movie was pretty funny... It's a poorly executed black comedy. It's based on some of Garth Ennis's Punisher run, which was hysterical.

Heehee! I hear you...I saw that shit in the theater (blazed) hoping for campy, violent goodness - but instead it was just violent. Or at least that's all I remember.

    P.S. I rate to a C average - I always wanted to thank you for that. =)

3Ls trade for all kinds of stuff. I traded my last 3L for:

Fear and trembling set (3 bottles)
    Luscious
    Sour Reserve

Sure...it's nothing special except that you're paying a good deal more (relatively speaking) for the bottle than the beer at that size. Large format bottles (3L and up) are crazy expensive. Not sure how RR prices theirs given the (again relatively) limited amount of their barrel aged beers available, but I spoke to a knowledgeable person in industry at a fest a few years back who mentioned that the 9L bottle of St. Feuillian that they were pouring would retail for around $210-$220 USD...and that the bottle cost them around $190 USD.

Also, don't let people tell you that live beer aged in different size bottles doesn't evolve differently. It does. Aside from personal experience that demonstrates it to be true, I've had some of the most expereienced and knowledgeable lambic brewers/gueuze blenders explain how and why it works (it's not rocket science). One of them told me that he now thinks 1.5L bottles are ideal for his beers and has been experimenting with them (and may market them soon) of late...
