I was driving back from DLD and about 2 miles away from Crafted and got the notification. There were about 40 or 50 in line already, I got lucky I guess. Looked like they got around 8 cases but not sure if they had more.

 

A brewery can’t “make” anybody do anything.

 

What's the price point on the 750s? I'm assuming it's reaching the "no thanks, I'm out" price that non-BA stuff like Darkness has gotten to (for me)?

 

Hard to tell because of my glass and draft but I believe $19.99 for a 750

I have no problem with how they released it. I didn’t go to get it but congrats to those who did! I was still figuring out what level of a hangover I had at the time of the announcement.

 

Phase 3 level perhaps?

I was out running errands when I saw the tweet. I went to beer cellar and was there at ~11:15. I can only talk about that place, which by the way is where the Shaun/Evan were hanging out, but to say the Beer Cellar or p3 told their friends is just not true. There weren’t all that many people there at 11:15 when I got there, but by 11:30 there were a lot more, which to me means people saw the tweet and got in their cars and headed there. If they told their friends they either don’t have many friends or told them the wrong time.

 

As someone who lives in the loop I will selfishly take this type of release every single time. Got to warehouse around noon and had plenty left.

My total at Crafted was $34.60 with tax for the bottle and glass. Cashier said the glass was $12.

 

I was asking him because I doubt 50+ people would be waiting on a hope that they got some at 11

Yeah got lucky on this one. First time at Crafted and I liked it so I was glad I had the chance to visit. Narrow Gauge and Resident on draft was pretty cool
