It's this answer and then everyone else is just pretending.

They might be the only brewery mentioned so far to not only never brew a hazy/juicy IPA, but they've only brewed ONE IPA ever, and it was a brett IPA, which fits their mold anyways.

    Yup, same here.

I cringed when they made this a year round offering. As I mentioned in the "Sam Adams stock downgraded to sell" thread regarding Noble Pils, a large brewery making a Pils year round doesn't go well in my opinion.

I LOVE Sunshine Pils, but I would always buy it because when it came out seasonally I'd be reminded to purchase an old favorite. And I'd know it was fresh.

I even have a theory that if Sierra Nevada's classic Celebration Ale (an IPA obviously and not a Pils) became year round it would also sit on shelves. I imagine Summerfest would too.

Well, I think with Noble Pils the problem was compounded with the fact that many bars and stores carry only a small portion of the BBC SA portfolio but will always have SABL and the current seasonal - for on-premise accounts, that seems especially true - a tap for Boston Lager and a tap for "Sam Seasonal" (sometimes, ask a bartender or waiter what beer it is and they'll just say "(Whadaya stupid or deaf? I just said) It's the Seasonal!" ).

I imagine Noble Pils was selling so well as the spring (?) seasonal, they made it year-round BUT all that did was eliminate the sales of all those "Seasonal" kegs and dedicated shelf-space. Noble Pils was a frequent draught choice for me when it was available (almost everywhere) in season - I don't think I ever saw it again on tap once it went full-time. And I recall checking dates for the bottles once it went year-round and soon could never find anything fresh...

2 that come to mind are Burley Oak and Tree House.

I am going to go with a small local brewery that’s been around long enough to meet requirements and has been putting out their mainstays that never change flavor and are always consistent. They just recently started a brew masters special series and he decides what that months special is.
Smoky Mountain Brewery in Knoxville TN. Not a big hitter but such and awesome place to take the family for dinner and a beer.

This. Still have their core lineup, and continue experimenting through their batch series.

    Sly Fox.

Their top selling beer early on was their Helles and I suspect that may indeed still be the case. I am a BIG fan of drinking Pikeland Pils (especially on draft at the brewpub in a Willi-Becher glass).

    Cheers!

I was definitely going to put forth Live Oak. They do make a IPA but it was even pushed back from being a Year Round beer to make room for their Grodziskie. They make great traditional European styles and that's most of it.

Jester King and Lone Pint don't meet the required 10 year history to qualify for this thread. Jester King sold their first keg in October 2010 and Lone Pint didn't open until 2012 or 2013.

But Jester King has been doing farmhouse ales exclusively since 2011 or 2012 when they switched their Black Metal stout, Wytchmaker IPA, and Commercial Suicide over to their farmhouse yeast and stopped making clean beers.
It's easy to stick with your guns when you're making the styles that people already line up for and will pay very high prices for.

I'm surprised Live Oak has been able to keep doing what they're doing producing no hype driven styles.

I don't know much of anything about Lone Pint to say. I've had Yellow Rose a few times and Gentleman's Relish a few times.

I'd also put forth Real Ale Brewing as being quite consistent with their identity. But still bringing out new styles.

J Wakefield has been a constant and seems to only get better with time..

    Their core beers are great..

El Jefe is one of the best core beers..

As far as their special releases.. we’ll we all know them well..

CBC Cambridge MA. 30 years old this year and the last still in existence of the Boston area 80s brewpubs from the “Pugsley Wave”. Still a killer array of mostly UK/Belgian traditional and new wave beers...more recently available in cans. Same atmosphere in the still happening Kendall Sq neighborhood.

I get what you're saying with Tree House, although per the OP they fall a few years short of the 10 year old demarcation. No one can lose their way around Tree House, just follow the long line you can see from space! (I kid, I kid)

Surprised nobody has mentioned The Alchemist. They basically make the same beers they did when they started and have not chased any fads.
