You buy things...you never know when you’re gonna drink them. This is my last night of my 4-day weekend really, and why not, right?

First of all. Fruit dominates. It’s almost puckering. This is my only bottle. I’m not sure what I think. Barrel is almost too subtle, the blackberry/raspberry is intense. I like it, but...I think I’m happy I’m one-and-done with it. I don’t know if this would age good either. It is really smooth though. Probably it for me, not later all.

 

It comes in a glass...

 

Yeah, I don't like my beer to taste like a freakin fruit cocktail. I especially don't like mangoes and they have no place in the flavor profile of my beer.

It to work with my iPhone and iPad.

But I am not home. iPad is not working. iPhone kinda. I posted some hilarious stuff from my iPhone because too many fat fingers. But still WBAYDN is fucking with me.

New Prairie sour. They finally use real dating and not Julian, not that I really cared. This was awesome. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy blackberries, limes, fruit skin/seeds, citrus zest, lemon, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light toasted malts; light cedar, peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light yeast/cedar spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/silky/grainy wheat; some lactic acid, fruit tang, and wood tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness, no pucker. Very smooth/soft, pretty refreshing, not overly lactic, zero warming 6%. Awesome balanced between juicy/jammy fruit, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not a ton of cedar, but noticeable. Lightly sweet with lingering dryness. Another easy winner.
