My Day 5 had another blank cap but inside it there was a clue.....[IMG]

I only know of Hill Farmstead using that type of cap so a 750ml that is soft & lemony has me leaning to Florence
    [IMG]
I was right......mostly. It is Florence but aged in Oak Puncheons & this is a fantastic beer, thanks Steve!

I'm hoping those aren't adjuncts on the labels in the background...

    Day 5 from @MTKATL

Recognized the character on the label so I grabbed what I thought would be #pgw

The pour is dark and the nose is like chocolate cereal milk.. on the palate it's that familiar taste if liquid diabetes that we have come to love and expect from AC. This is another new tick and here is the reveal...

Angry Chair Krampus. Sipped a bit of this before dinner then finished it with a little swiss chocolate which was a great pairing. One more day to go and a killer 5 days so far from Mike!

Day 5 is upon us my friends! Today’s beer pours dark and smells like yet another roasty stout. No clue what it is. Plain black cap doesn’t help. The taste is good, seems a little off. Thought maybe it was an apple brandy barrel,... but as it warms it might just be apple.

    And the reveal!

Trillium Affogato! A long time want of mine. I’ve been intrigued with trying these Trillium Pastry stouts. Seems like this one might be headed in the wrong direction. It’s all good though, @dannyfayy has assured me that as penalty for such offenses, he is opening up his porch for retaliation for the rest of the summer. Thanks buddy!

@robgage if you had just not won a FS and let me overtrade half my cellar for a bottle. I wouldn’t have sent you an infected JWB bottle !!!!

Day 4 from @core42, I choose the bottle of mead to take to a cookout.

Raspberries for days. Super smooth. Love it !!! Has to be Schramms Heritage Raspberry.
Wishlist bottle !! Thanks Jeff. This was awesome.
Since my friends are wimps and can’t drink stouts or barleywines, I cleaned out my fridge of all my ipas.

Day 5 in the pick your poison adventure from @PassMeAZima brought a large bottled stout. I had to take this one in a couple sittings as I was heading to a concert, but I knew what this one was immediately.

CCB cap, poured thick with hazelnuts all over the place! Smooth and sweet, the only option had to be Special Socks, but the reveal had to wait until I got home.

I even had to switch it up with some #pgw! This was absolutely delicious, and now in my top list of hazelnut beers. Thanks again Jason!

I was going to send you this year's, but I'm sure with all of the sparkley pink wax floating around recently, that would be a dead giveaway. And here I thought I might be able to slip one past you

Day 6 is upon us & the day started perfectly with this beautifully soft, mineral-y farmhouse ale
    [IMG]
Another plain cap & 500ml leads me to believe it's a Suarez but no clue which one
    [IMG]
Call To Mind - Vintage....something of a cuvee of other great farmhouses. Another great beer from @oline73 for an awesome 6 days. Killshot to come later

    Day 6...

22 oz bottle. Tape on cap. Pours a brown black color. Smells of massive barrel. Defintiely a BA stout. Tastes super oaky. Lots and lots of barrel in this one. But it seems like maybe there some kind of fruit in it too? Can't tell which one maybe raz or blackberries? Cannot tell for sure. Medium to full bodied. This beer is fantastic. No clue what this is. Maybe another Evil Twin based on the previous bottles Mike sent me? But I have no clue...

Ha! Once again, another beer I had no clue even existed!! I guess that fruit I was picking up on was actually the red wine barrel. This one was fantastic and a great close the 6 days! Thanks for everything @Mikexw !!

Hate to see it come to an end, but Day 6 is upon us. Took off the top wrapping and the Cantillon cap appears. Quick switch to proper glassware and away we go! Pours a purple-ish/dark red, smells of grapes. I’m thinking this bad mofo is St. Lam  Reveal to come.

BlackBerry for sure and and oak for sure. Definitely has that Casey twang to it So far I've been Belgium, a few stops in Cali, Wi, and now I think Co.

Casey it is, Triple Crown. Thanks @UcDru you went above and beyond on this the amazing trip. I'm actually feeling a little ashamed about the box I sent.
Tip to others don't every put or at least limit how many Casey beers you check in. Someone will always think you haven't had enough Casey and send ya sum.
This was another great round and a big thank you to @dannyfayy for running it.

Alas, we have reached Day 6 and I’m greeted by a familiar Bottle Logic cap
    [IMG]

The pour is nice and dark with little to no head compared to the previous BL beers that I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy for the past couple of days. The aroma and flavor is a mixture of vanilla and bourbon. I would stake @Mikexw’s ass-less chaps on this being Fundamental Observation
    [IMG]

Mike can hold onto his chaps for another round. This is awesome @Sassyshe888! Thanks for a wonderful round.

Yesterday I was having trouble with imgur and didn't post, but I seem to be back, so here goes yesterday's bottle from @tsgooch79 - this will be mercifully quick (for me) ..I knew this was appropriate Day 5 glassware...

Again, I knew all my beers were barrel aged, I knew this was Ethereal, and my day 2 beer was Coffee Baba Yaga. Since Travis let me choose which of my two pink wrapped beers to drink which day, I suspected another Baba Yaga variant.

Smelling and tasting, I was hit with a TON of barrel (much more than I noticed in the Coffee Baba Yaga), but no chocolate or other adjuncts. This was undoubtably base version Baba Yaga ...

    Right again -- Thanks Travis!

I'm getting way too many of these right, but the #pgw and wrapping scheme gave me massive hints -- tonight's (presumably Bottle Logic?) bottle will be opened in the next hour ... so I'll be back...

Day 6 is here! Cork and cage again without markings. Pours deep red. There is mild funk and acidity with dark berry flavors. BlackBerry, maybe?

Jammy?!? Wow- what a treat. I had a 1oz pour at Dark Lord Day and really enjoyed it and now I get to solodome a bottle! Thanks so much @NJB145. This was a great 6 days and ends on a fantastic note. Cheers!!
