Phase Three Brewing (2019)

They sold out around 5:15.

After trying them both, I didn't purchase either one. Neither my cup of tea, particularly Adhara.

 

22 pages in a month and a half and people aren't even crazy about the beer lol

 

Like the neutral cans, reminds me of Modern Times. I'm looking forward to hitting their brewpub when they open, but I'm passing battling the neckbeard / beer scalper crowd during their startup phase. My quiet chill neighborhood place was overrun with douchebaggery during the initial drop, the first two beers were very good (Protocol and Marmalade).

Wish nothing but success for Phase Three and look for wider releases when they are fully up and running.

You tried them? Seems like reviews are very good so far. I completely understand that most early reviews are fanboys.

 

13 or so cases of each at Beer Cellar.

Garfield's in Crystal Lake is getting put on blast on Instagram for holding onto cans & claiming they didn't get their delivery yet.

Whoever runs the Phase Three account even "@"ed them stating there must be some confusion.

I have no horse in the race, having never been there, but I found it interesting.

 

Rumor has it their canning company didn't label 100 cases so they didn’t have everything ready to go out.

Prestige in Westmont was supposed to get the drop today and it was pushed back to tomorrow

 

Holy shit, it lasted an hour?

Careful opening these...my first can of Adhara is overfilled & gushed a bit when I opened it.

I don't think anything's wrong with the beer...it's just filled up to the tip-top of the can & when I opened it there was a bit of a volcano effect.

 

It’s weird that they didn’t post any drops today but the Beer Cellar got it. There was the curious post by Orange and Brew. But then BJ’s Wine in Oswego did mixed 4 packs and said they got it today. Will try both as well as Curvature tomorrow night and report back

 

If crafted or open bottle get it tomorrow I may swing over in my lunch break. Hadn't seen anything posted on their social media today.

 

Yeah Fridays had been their city day. We’ll see if they finish the burbs first tomorrow or get back to them Saturday and into next week.
