Have a nice Sunday BA. I slept in a bit today.

Amazing as usual this year. Aromas and flavors of huge mango, honeydew melon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate honey, white bread dough, spicy rye malt balance; and herbal, floral, grassy hops earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-full bodied with balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky/resin/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin/rind dryness, no hop astringency. Minimal warming ABV, dangerously smooth. Insane dankness across the board. This is basically just imperial Born Yesterday IMO, very similar if not the same hops. Ekuanot, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Mosaic was the first batch, probably similar here. This has all of the same dankness at a much higher ABV, while remaining well attenuated and not overly sweet for over 11.7%. Mosaic and Ekuanot are my favorite hops. Got 2 packs immediately. Might even get a third if they keep hanging around.

Hey guys, popping in for a visit today, for those of you who were here back when I was a regular, life has been hectic to say the least but very good, As a side effect I've been drinking less and trying less beers sadly. I hope everyone is doing well. Sipping on a really amazing IIPA called Immodest by Nickel brook brewing in Burlington, Ontario this morning. Cheers!

Fantastic stuff. Aromas and flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, molasses, brown sugar, vanilla, cream, toffee, fudge, brownie batter, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and dark bread/crust; with lighter notes of licorice, raisin, prune, fig, date, smoke, charcoal, herbal, wood, grass, peppercorn, pine, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine, herbal, woody, grassy, peppery hops; and roast/charred bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and fairly full body; very creamy, silky, velvety, bready malts; some sticky hops and chalky char/roast in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering hop/char bitter dryness; no cloying, acrid, astringency. Dangerously smooth, mild increasing warmth of 12%. Amazingly balance between rich malts, chocolate, vanilla, and lactose flavors; with nice earthy hop presence/balance, and restrained yeast fruitiness. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. Very impressive dessert style stout. Would get again.

Nothing to do, no where to go except walk dog, fish, maybe get groceries, wash car.

Wait. That sounds like something to do later...later being the key word.

Excellent NEIPA. Great rocky head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough light toast/biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; creamy/bready malts and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. Very smooth/soft, minimal warming 6.4%. Great Mosaic, Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and El Dorado profile. Very juicy and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balancing wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. Really well made for the style. Bell's rarely disappoints.

Hoof Hearted Mosaic edition. This was fantastic as expected. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation, medium-plus body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 8%. Amazing Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering crisp resin dryness. Mosaic is my top favorite hop, so I knew I'd love this one. Best variant so far.

A wonderful blended stout from Kuhnhenns brewery.

    So rich and full bodied.
At times a touch too sweet.
Flavors of plum, fig, raisins, dark semi-sweet chocolate, brown sugar.

    Slow sipper this morning.

    CHEERS
