Half Acre (2019)

What’s the can date on BHA if you guys don’t mind me asking? Going on a trip in 2 weeks and would love 2 4-packs of this for it. Thanks in advance.

 

Mine are 5/22/19 with a bonus message that says “satchel full of satch “ - if that sways your decision one way or another.

 

Mine are from 5/23 and say "fresher than capnmike's!"

Yes it does. Thanks. I love BHA, I think it’s the best beer HA makes (that I can get here) and 5/22 sounds perfect.

BHA tastes...well, like BHA. It's the same citra-forward apa with that Vienna malt backbone we all love. If you like that, you'll like this year's version. If you're looking for it to be hazy, it ain't, so keep that in mind.

 

Kind of surprised at the Bodem hate - I think it's a really solid beer.
I liked it so much I added a 1/6bbl of it to the ol' kegerator...

Today, will be the third day in a row I ride over to Balmoral to pick up a BHA 4-pack. Thankfully I don't drink during the week, or I'd be in trouble with how delicious it is

 

No, but I had a nice buzz going that's for sure.

 

I buy Half Acre beer twice a year because it takes me six months to forget how shitty it is. BHA has barely any flavor, just like the rest of their core lineup (except Navaja maybe)
