    This is a 70/30 Sour Ale/Lambic blend and it just has such a wonderful balance of light funk, medium tartness/acidity and fruity, woody notes going on, with a distinct, dry white wine character. A fantastic, easy-drinking and refreshing summer beer with a subtle complexity.

    Dialed-down by Trillium. I truly believe the house yeast change is impacting appearance. The hue is Equilibrium-like now, if you will. Whereas, prior, it had a more yellow/milky glow. Cheers!

    Duvel Tripel Hop Cashmere. This limited edition is not as rare as I thought it would be. It is the supermarket by now.Only a good thing for the time being.
    Found a new vintage Duvel glass recently. Only the U and V are somewhat worn. Hope to bother you with this glass now and then for some time to come :slight_smile:

    Great stuff, I haven't enjoyed a BBA Imperial Stout like this in a while, looking quite forward to the Big Bad Baptista and Quadruple Big Bad Baptist in my cellar now, although I might save these a little longer. I ordered this bottle online for 12€ and it's so much better than other overhyped crap that cost me a fuckton more in trade value.
