I don't have pasta all that often but tonight I was in the mood. Onions, peppers, garlic, fire roasted tomatoes, and Botto's smoked Italian sausage ...

I liked Juicifer a little better than this one. It's still good though.

Triple Citra Daydream by OH. Pretty much the only brewery I can take the lactose from. Really juicy and really smooth. I’m out all, later.

If you told me this was a screwdriver I'd believe you and say it was well executed. The vanilla works really well but it's a bit tangy on the back end, for me. Not bad though. Cheers ! !

Do you think the yeast change made the onion after taste go away. I got a bunch of different labels a couple of weeks ago,for the first time in a long while, I noticed the after taste seemed to have gone away. Cheers.

Excellent sour. Solid fluffy head retention/spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of big sour/tart tangy red/black cherry, blackberry, black currant, fruit skin/seed/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread, light toast/biscuit malts; lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang; light Brett/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang, and some oak/fruit tannins in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing acidic/tangy fruit dryness; minimal puckering sourness. Very smooth, not overly lactic, zero warming 6.5%. Great balance between juicy/jammy fruit, and Brett/bacteria complexity; with great oak presence, and a nice wheat/spelt/malt backbone against acidity. Zero residual sweetness with crisp acidic dryness. Another spot on sour from the series as expected. No complaints. Pretty much all of my reviews are the same score for them. 4
