I have a bottle of Mexican Cake Reserva, not many made it into the wild since it was never released to the public and it has 4.82 uptapped rating, it has been vacuumed sealed and refrigerated since obtained. Original owner.........Let's chat

Why would you vacuum seal a bottled beer, yet alone one that is waxed?

Wax is O2 permeable. It does nothing but look pretty. Essentially, the only oxidation that can occur with vacuum sealing is from the head space inside the bottle.

And you must leave head space, not completely evacuate all the air, more or less just sealing the bottle!
