    LIL' SHIMMY YE a hazy, oated APA from Twin Elephant Brewing fine stuff. This is the last can from a short lived 4 pack caned last Thursday and purchased yesterday.

    Classic English bitters are a favorite of mine, especially in the summer. This is Cloudwater’s first (as far as I know) foray into the style, and guess what? It’s damn tasty.

    Done with work for the day, off tomorrow. The perfect time for a brew! 3 Stars O-Yoroi, Imperial stout with hazelnuts, coconut, and bourbon oak chips. A little thin but a great balance of roastiness and sweetness.

    Next up is a collaboration between Northern Monk and the band Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, or Pigsx7. The beer is called Sweet Relief and is a grape soda IPA. Yup. It’s just as weird as it sounds.
