    Have a nice Sunday BA.

Fantastic saison. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, apricot, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, clove, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with moderate honey, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; herbal, floral, woody, grassy hops and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast spiciness; herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; and slight wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy wheat and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy/carbonated dryness; no astringency. Very smooth, pretty refreshing, minimal warmth of 7.1%. Fantastically well rounded classic saison yeast complexity; with a great balance of honey, pale/wheat malts, and earthy noble hops. Mild residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Spot on stuff all the way through. Will buy a second pack.

Excellent Milkshake NEIPA. Aromas and flavors of big lightly tart/tangy red raspberry, passion fruit, pink guava, fruit skin/seeds, mandarin orange, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and light fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy wheat/lactose, sticky hops; some resins/rinds, and light fruit tang/tannin in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, minimal warming 7.2%. Great Galaxy, Pacific Jade, Mosaic, and Styrian Dragon profile. Very juicy, vibrant and fairly dank/earthy hops/fruit; with a nice lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Minimal complaints. A little more bitter/drying than I would have expected.

Amazing batch this year as expected. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, raisin, red grape, plum, pear, red apple, pepper, candi sugar, and toasted bread; with some herbal hops and yeast earthiness. Touch of banana/clove. Balanced fruit tartness and peppery yeast spice on the finish against malt sweetness. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Some bready/grainy creaminess, fruit tannins, and lightly slick/syrupy in the mouthfeel. Good dryness from fruit acidity and yeast spice; never too sweet. Very drinkable, minimal warming 9.2%. Already got 4 packs. This shows great balance of Belgian yeast character, without just being a straight over the top fruit beer. Love Rubaeus too, this is basically just the imperial Belgian version. One of my favorite fruit beers of all time. I wouldn’t mind Cerise coming back either. Super jammy. Will keep buying more while I can.

Fantastic wet hopped IPA as expected. Lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 7.4%. Amazing Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great balancing bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. Another easy winner from Lagunitas, will buy a 2nd pack. The hop bill is everything I love.
