    The major focus is on Mosaic but there are bunch of bit players in there; Columbus, Centennial, El Dorado, Simcoe to name a few.

    In a galaxy far, far away....

    Just a heads, tomorrow we will be releasing a small batch of Galaxy Four Seam. We were lucky enough to fall into some Galaxy hops that didn't cost me my 1st born child and we did the right thing with them... brewed a 15 bbl batch of Galaxy Four Seam. We will split the batch between cans (50+ cases) and draft. Cans will more than likely not go out to distribution given the small amount. A couple kegs may make it out into the wild, depending upon tap room demand over the next couple weeks.

    We currently have no plans to distribute in CT. We can barely keep up with MA.
