This it varies, and each year has been later than the prior year in terms of release date. So the assumption is that brew time and barrel time shift each year and we won't see it until post Sept time this year. Considering that they rest in barrels for 12 months (i think) and they were sampling the prior years and comparing how the barrel was on each, it leads me to believe they didnt yet barrel this next release and we may not see it for a bit, but thats my speculation there. At earliest, I would assume winter '18 or early '19

Came to this thread solely to mention the fact that it feels like it's been forever since the last Kane bottle release, now that ANTEAD teaser has me itching...

You're welcome, everyone. It's clear that I just spoke this batch of ANTEAD into existence.

And there we go, variants sound intriguing are are more involved than ever before, maybe the pastry stout trend influenced them... I will say I am not a fan of fruit in stouts but if anyone is going to do it justice Kane would

I’ve always felt it’s a win even if there isn’t that many sets. That means I save money and don’t end up buying 3 thirty dollar (after fees) bottles. Really only want the regular but not an option so gotta buy all.

Edit: the subtle change in label art is really really nice looking

agree to disagree, I really like the old style bottle labels and I really prefer the OG ANTEAD label

Edit: I double checked, it does look cool, but I do like the old one a lot as well.

Hoping for the best but know the odds are against us all! On the plus side, not a coconut fan so that bottle is basically meh for me

the insta story had 22 barrels. Accounting for evaporation i would guess maybe 250 bottles per barrel on the conservative side. Leaving about 1800 allotments. I known they will keg some as well so maybe 1500? But they also may have more than the 22 barrels shown in the insta story.

Although I’d love some I’m regretfully bowing out due to total price of a set. So now you all have a slightly higher chance of getting some. You’re welcome! Full disclosure though: I’ve been shut out of every release I’ve tried so far so maybe not.

Think they’re also trying to build up their inventory for onsite consumption

experimental math is my new favorite band.

but yeah, hope it works out for me. I used to be pretty lucky with Kane, but have been on a shutout streak that's getting due for a hit.
