    Good morning, advocates.

    As inspired by @Ozzylizard yesterday, I’m starting the thread with Kasteel red.

    Relatively strong at 8%, very smooth on the palate and huge flavors of cherries. Truly a delight, an outstanding beer.

    I'm following up my first cup of coffee with this coffee infused BSDA...

    Very subtle coffee to compliment a nice Belgian Strong Dark Ale. This 10% breakfast beer will tide me over for a while, but I'll be back. Cheers all!

    Morning, BAs! First lunch-time beer all week, and I'm going with something brand new: Life and Limb, an ale brewed with maple and birch syrup by Sierra Nevada.

    Not the cheapest 4-pack of beer (especially by SN standards), especially for a beer I've never had (and a style where I don't quite know what to expect), but SN has more than earned my trust at this point.

    I did not like either of them. Just wanted to get rid of the last of both. Sadly, they each were partial drainpours (or more precisely worm food) something I usually loathe to do.
