    After receiving a number if emails about bottle sizes Phil and I decided to make the following changes;

    6 bottles/3000 ml maximum, bottle sizes 500-650-750-1000 ml formats. Mix and match to reach as close to the ml max that can be achieved.

    Sign up will be extended until Friday, July 19th, pairing to be sent out Sunday, July 21st. The amended shipping window will be July 22nd to August 9th.

    I apologize for the lateness of this change. To all of those who are signed please message me if these changes affect your interest.

    All BAs that have already signed up I have emailed you to reference these changes. If you could reply as soon as possible that would be great.

    I like the adjustment - whether you do 4 @ 750ml, 5 @ 650ml, 9@ 341ml, or some combination thereof, you should strive for a 3000ml as a target volume. I like that idea because I have a few cans at 355 and 473 that I would love to include. Even though typically barrel-aged and cellarable suds don't usually get packaged in anything under 500ml containers. But that seems to be changing - for example, though Breury are almost exclusively 750ml bottles I recently had a Bruery "Bakery" from a 473 can - phenomenal - and I could totally see adding one to my box. I am eagerly awaiting my match! This is going to be a good one!

    To my target: I am very much interested in imperial stouts and barleywines-- barrel-aged, especially. I don't mind adjuncts in stouts at all (I welcome them, even). Eisbocks and ice ciders are also up my alley! I do enjoy Lambic as well, and cool mixed-fermentation/Brett beers. I would prefer the above styles overall, but am also open to receiving other things like "sours" if they are truly exceptional/worth writing home about. Wine components beers are also of interest to me.

    To my target: I'm a fan of spontaneously fermented ales, lambic or lambic style. Prefer horse sweater or barnyard, and arm pit sweat styles. Timeless or bright carb. More off the beaten path the better. Also BA imperial stouts are in my wheel house. Adjuncts are great too. More the merrier. Bigger the better but I don't like them 'hot'. Wine/beers blends are great as well. My ticks can be found under the same id on Utpd and BA. I have a lot of BC beers I haven't cracked yet like Driftwood and 4W. Also have a stash of Cascade yet to share. Regardless I'll appreciate the effort you put into the box curation! Thanks in advance!
    Looking forward to this new edition to the CANBIF. Thanks guys!

    Thanks for putting this together!

    I’ll be happy with whatever I’m sent. If asked to list preferences, I’m more inclined to barleywine, old ale, stouts and porters (barrel aged or not, with or without whatever additions one can imagine, excepting chilli peppers). I like spontaneously fermented wild beers, lambic and such, particularly with fruit or botanicals added. Increasingly, kettle sours have been giving me heartburn, but if there is something good in that vein that is cellarable, Im sure I’ll enjoy it.

    I like to try new things and my ‘hads’ list is pretty much up to date on this site. That said, if I’ve rated something well, I’d surely like it again. If I have time, I will try to add what I already have cellared to this site. My cellar is a mess though, and there is a lot list.... so don’t count on it.

    @Electros - could job of putting this together.

    To my target: I like pretty much everything except sours that taste like vinegar (high-level of acidity)

    Update:

    The list complete but due to computer problems it delayed me from sending out target information. As luck would have it when I was finally about to send out information the power went out and is still out. ETA; 3 pm. Expect to see a message by the end of today. My apologies...

    To my target, I'm really a big Barrel Aged fan! I prefer Stout for any moment of the year but for summer, BA sours are always a good hits!

    I really doesn't like anything near IPA or Pilsner!

    I'm pretty sure you will don't have any problems to find some :slight_smile:

    To my target, I especially love stouts and anything ba. And I do like pretty much anything that can be cellared so I will be pretty happy with whatever you chose to send. I don't keep my untapped updated or checklist here but most beers I have really enjoyed you can see under my Instagram id run_addiction

    To my target. I am game for anything but big coffee stouts. Don't dig on coffee so don't waste it on me.

    FYI I am currently in Vermont seeking some cellar stuff to include or maybe something that you can't cellar as a bonus....

    I recently came across a box that hadn't been unwrapped since moving a few years ago. It was in plain sight in the cellar but labeled incorrectly...

    All I have to say is every style mark for my target posted will be hit. :grin:

    My box will be heading out this week to a lucky ducky that is (HINT 1);

    - 16 hr, 18 car ride.
    - 1 Day, 7 hr by train.
    - 296 hr brisk walk.
