Not sure yet. They were out of cans, but I grabbed a crowler that's now in my fridge.

Okay so...this is why I love BA...I have been honestly a little disappointed in the quality of the hazies from Fieldwork since their online ordering problem. I jumped on here to see what the general vibe was on their latest offerings, because I knew I wasn't going to make the drive to wait in line based on their latest stuff. I see the comments from @JayORear and @BayAreaJoe that Young Murk (YM) is fire. I go down there and have this fantastic flight!

Let to right: King Citra, Young Murks, Tiger Uppercut, Pulp, Raspberry Parfait.

And YM was like they said, Fire!!! I also enjoyed Tiger Uppercut and Raspberry Parfait.

    ANNNNNNNDDDDDD.......

    I scored cans!!!! Yeahhhhhh,boy!!!! Haha!

The nose on this one is just outstanding. Sweet, juicy-tropical, dank-resinous aromatics! Taste follows really well with a smooth and well-balanced dank hoppy finish. The kicker is how soft on the palate this is! Such great depth and feel...Beautiful...Thanks for recommendation guys!

I’m going to offer a possibly controversial opinion: Young Murks might be in the same tier as ASB/OH Wholesome Jams. Not it’s equal, but in the same general neighborhood.

I’m in town for work for a few days and staying in Walnut Creek. Was going to stop by the San Ramon location to get some pours/crowlers, and was wondering if anyone knew if cans were still available there. Any chance or they sell out pretty quickly?

Probably out of cans, but you can preorder crowlers online, which is pretty sweet.

At San Ramon. Still have a decent amount of Young Murks cans left.

Ha, for real, I'm definitely thinking of using my lunchtime tomorrow to make the trip for more. This one's up there with DDH Pulp and Galaxy Juice as my favorites from Fieldwork.

I'm embarrassed to say how far I might drive for it. But it might be worth it.

Wholesome Jams level is some deep praise. Def gonna order a crowler or two for pickup from Berkeley.

Haha! That is the first thing I thought when I saw that post...I started calculating driving distance and time...LOL!

For me, so far in 2019, Wholesome Jams, Young Murks, and Nelson, Baby are ranked 1, 2, 3 for my beer of the year...j

Damn.... you guys can't be just throwing around "Wholesome Jams, DDH Pulp & Nelson Baby" comparisons...lol... My fomo is on high alert now...haha...

Looks like Young Murks is still on draft and crowlers at Sacramento FW.

I just got back from the San Ramon Fieldworks and they said that they had about 120 cans still left.

Enjoying YM now. I just wish the nose and taste were aligned for my palate and preferences. Great tropical melon dominate nose, but the taste is nearly all citrus.

Digging it, but not as much as WJ. WJ, Urban Roots Bigger on the Inside, FW Clear of a Dank Planet and ASB Westeez are my personal 2019 hoppy highlights thus far. But they're all still lagging behind several heavier beers for my best of the year (thus far).
