Phase Three Brewing (2019)

For one, I think it is similar to a school grading system. If I had to assign letter grades to the 5-point ratings I give beer, it would probably be: A+++ = 5.0, A = 4.5, B = 4.0, C = 3.5, D = 3.0, and F = 2.5 or below.

Also, my ratings are consistently pretty high, but that's partially a result of the fact that I mostly drink beer with styles and flavor profiles that I like from breweries that I know are good at brewing them. If I drank more crappy beer, I'd give lower ratings.

 

So anyways... how about that new stout?!

 

Did they actually announce a new one?

 

Phase Three Beer Dinner October 13th @ Niche in Geneva.

I went to the Pipeworks one, they do a damn good job. Love Niche.

I like beer. There's very few beers I drink that I don't like. Plus, I tend to drink what I think will be a good beer. So the "average" beer that I drink is not an "average" beer. I generally fall in the category of @SeanBond

So this is something that isn't Mikerphone's fault!

 

Thanks for the tag. Love Niche. Just not a fan of the Phase Three offerings so far. Shaun will pull it together and crank out some great beer. I just don't think he's there yet. I'll revisit P3 once he has some more time with the new equipment under his belt.

 

Agreed. Mediocre for the most part up until now. I would have to wager their will have Curvature or maybe even a BA offering at this dinner though. Niche usually releases a full menu when tickets go on-sale.

I'm guessing they could've figured out the stores and had them dropped off today...if they wanted to.

 

Finally, a stout that people will be able to buy. Very excited to see how this goes. I've skipped the last couple P3 releases but will definitely grab this.
