    You finished up Phil Collins?

That’s not purple haze, this is:

Except mine is not very good. So on to:

Clank Your Chains seems a borderline pale ale than a big DIPA (at a quoted 75 IBU), but the bitterness accumulates. GF’s sludge (Hey, America, You’re So Fine) isn’t bad, but doesn’t stand out in any aspect with a couple quick sips.

Quite a nice fruited IPA by Estonian brewery Pühaste. Probably the chunkiest beer I've ever had, but if you can get past that there is quite a nice beer there, with quite a vibrant, juicy, but not too sweet, tropical flavor profile and a good bitterness and light acidity in the finish.

Unibroue’s La Fin Du Monde is my favorite North American Brewed Tripels. There’s a few out there that may knock my socks off, but I haven’t found one yet. Cheers!

I’ve had it a number of times both in Canada (on tap) and here and I assumed as much. It’s a very good Triple and pretty much deserving of being compared to some Belgian triples. For the sake of it though I’ll seek an American (US) Triple one of these days. Cheers and good to see you still around albeit infrequently.

Yup, today is odd, additive-heavy beer day and this Neapolitan Ice Cream Pale Ale certainly fits the bill. They actually managed to nail that Neapolitan flavor rather well, although I'm not really sure if that's a good or a bad thing. Definitely an interesting beer though!

All the American commercial brewers that I’ve had their Belgian Style Tripel, they come off too sweet and not enough dryness to compliment it. They get the carbonation down but that’s about it.

Hope everyone had a good Thursday. Another typical day, got a bunch more data reports completed. Traffic was really fast today vs the rest of the week. Made my usual beer run today, not much new.

From @AZBeerDude72. Tombstone Rye IPA. Awesome. Opaquely hazy, lasting rocky head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, spicy rye, biscuit dough, toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and rye spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive. Minimal warming 7.1%. Awesome Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a great balanced rye/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. 4.13
