Taproom is packed, beer slushies flowin, hand dryers blowin, 30 people deep in Garnet, lines moving fast at the front

 

Yeah I know, but I try to get humans the benefit of the doubt, the get me each time though, each damn time lol

 

It’s because it’s not really beer. There is so much hype over beers that actually taste nothing like beer. I’m starting to think most people actually dont like real beer at all.

 

Limits cut to 3 each of the Collabs but all those in line now will get em.

 

110%, theres a niche amount of people who really like actual real (and real good) beer. You need to get the majority to buy your product so hey buy this melted ice cream sandwich "Beer" I get it, its crazy, but as long as I can get my ACE Space Diamonds Mylar Bags I'll ride the way I assume lol

 

Taproom crowd level tolerable at 1230 but was packed by 1, and all releases on for pours including PBJ in slushie format for detractors willing to dispense with all pretense.

Hot take- Double Street is fine, Gumbo is sweet enough to serve in a cone. OH is nothing if not consistent, which is great from batch to batch but frankly uninteresting between beers. I have and continue to counsel adherence and reverence for their staples, and moderation towards the collabs and other one-offs.

 

Sounds like if I leave work at 2pm and get there in like 30 to 40 min the collabs will be gone

 

Exactly. Pump out Hop showers continuously and I’ll leave the rest of the fake beers to everyone else. Would love to see the singles make a consistent return as well.

I gave up on the dream of driving into BK on a LDW Friday. Decided to start drinking instead. Drinking a can of Mikeller’s Festbier right now and I highly recommend it to anyone that is a fan of the style.

If there is any parish IPA left tomorrow I’ll swing by on my way to Grimm. Hopefully we get an update tonight (If it doesn’t sell out).
