Definitely agree, it's a great time. I tend to drink seasonally so I don't get too much burn out. I will say that hazy IPAs are getting old for me but I also don't live in New England, so ...ya know

I'm not burning out on IPAs no matter how many I drink, but I still drink a lot of other styles. Life is good.

I’m not burnt out on them, but when I was first into beer I drank them more than just about any style and now they’re just in the rotation with other things I like. I’d just say my tastes have expanded more than anything.

I could live without another NEIPA again. But pretty sure I'll never get tired of a solid west coast.

I get burnt out on the turbid, astringent, hazy IPA's after one usually.

My big project for Oktoberfest this season is to try all the Oktos regionally available to me, as I had evaluated last year’s German imports.

    Prost!

Burnt out on hazy, juice-bomb IPAs? Yes. But I"m still very much enjoying seeing new regular IPAs.

Have to say I'm tired of having to check BA for every new IPA I see to make sure it's not a Hazy sugar bomb.

I never liked most IPAs anyway, so no, I'm not burned out on them because I haven't really been drinking them much.

However I am burned out on seeing them dominate the shelves at the store. Where I used to see a good fairly even spread of different styles of beer now it's often just IPA after IPA after IPA to choose from, and if your lucky just one or two examples of the other styles.

Judging from what I picked up at Equilibrium and Tree House yesterday, no I'm not.

I try to drink a variety of styles on a regular basis though, so I think that helps. My wife mostly drinks sours and stouts/porters, so I have those styles pretty regularly.

If I drank almost exclusively IPAs I could see myself getting tired of them after a while.

IPA’s and pale ales are my usual go-to’s, depending on the time of year. September 1st is the Start of the fall season for me so I’m glad to report that’s Smuttynose’s Pumpkin ale is drinking nicely this year! It’s one of my favorites because it’s a nicely balanced Pumpkin Ale. Not overbearing with spices. Nice, Cooper pumpkin color, crisp and tasty.

While I prefer variety and don't enjoy seeing the stock on display at retailers/distributors predominately in IPAs it is what the beer world has evolved into. The timing of your post struck me though, because while I drink a ton of IPAs from December (Celebration) to August (Whatever is left in the fridge), I go on a annual "hop strike" during September to November. I love fall beer season - I'm so stocked on OKtoberfests and Pumpkins right now it's ridiculous. Long story short, I really thick the annual sabbatical from hops helps my overall enjoyment... Cheers...

Never completely get burned out (and I must say that I winced when my wife passed on picking me up M-43's NEIPA when she was in MI because did not respond quickly enough to her text - 'Oh, is that a good one?') but with so IPA variants crowding the shelves it leaves less space for other styles.

There are so many incredible IPAs nearby- I never really go to the store anymore and if I do go - it’s to a place w/an Instagram account and lots of traffic. Coming into homebrew season here I’m gonna get back to low abv cask pales and porters before doing some big girl pastry stouts over the holidays. Beer scene just continues to get better - not sure how much higher it can go - variety/proximity - damn.

100% yes. I'm leaning back towards stouts & Porter's lately. Sure, I'll mix in an IPA here & there but I'm really just burnt out on IPAs & milkshake IPAs.
