Still there as well last night, picked up a couple. Have a flight of all 7 for $40.

 

Which stone was your favorite?

 

I'd say Purple and Blue were both up there for me. Purple probably won out (which appears to be a pretty uncontroversial statement). Next up was Green, at least last night as I thought it had a nice little edge to it. 4th for me was Infinity, then the other 3 kinda of altogether, with maybe Red edging out into 5th place above the other two (Orange and Yellow).

All were really solid though.

 

Green up that high? Interesting. A buddy said it was hot but maybe that's what you liked?

 

Can confirm. I like my RIS a little rough around the edges.

Wakefield has a new onsite bottle list, with stuff like Boss Tycoon, Desperado, Blu Blu, and others. Anyone actually see the list and prices?

 

The had Bout It, Bout It on Monday as well. Considered stopping by but ended up not making it so don't know prices.

 

Couple things:

• JW teased a Rum BA Big Trouble Little Wywnood and DB La Nada B2 on his instagram recently
• Mark It Zero bottles dropped today ($20 plus tax in the taproom)
• Gunmetal Bake bottles sold out already for onsite from the cellar (heard they were around $300)
• Still plenty of the Cocococo, blublu, and blucoco left (heard they were $75 each)

 

Wristbands available today in the tap room. Guarantees 2 Cuvee 2 Madness. Looks like Han Solo/Big Trouble/Boss Tycoon first come first serve with wristband. Wonder if the DB La Nada will make an appearance :-)

 

Opinions on the new BA Bottle batches? Han and Big Trouble?

-any bottle shop within walking distance?
-chance of any other bottles showing up to go?

 

Boxelder is a couple minute walk from wakefield and is one of my favorite bottle shops. Taplist is usually really good. Kush is also a beer centric restaurant within walking distance too

Other bottles? Probably not. It shouldn't be too hard to organize an IP trade for some of the past bottles though

Union beer store is the other great bottle shop in Miami.

 

Union is great and they're also a bar so you can drink there. Mendez Fuel on Coral Way is strictly a to-go place, but their selection is pretty good usually (it's a gas station but also does growler fills too).

 

Looks like they have EQ Straight Outta the Laboratory for fills right now too

 

Doral has some good beer, with Beat Culture, Tripping Animals, and M.I.A. A bit burther away than Union Beer Store, but maybe worth a look for you. Unfortunately, haven't really found much beerwise in Coral Gables. If you find something, report back.

 

The only place I know of in the gables is The Local. I haven’t been in a while but they always had a decent tap list and the food was great as well.
