It's there. About 4-5 cases left.

Had a Double Grid and concluded this is my deserted island beer. Everything I wanted in the balance I wanted it to be in.

This batch of Double Grid is very sweet and had less carbonation than a typical HB beer. Having said that, I found it very enjoyable.

I'm a little slow on noticing things but has the one eye that periodically shows up on HB labels been discussed? Just going back historically: Beef Dipped, Halogen Farm, Wurlitzer, Galaxy Bowl Rift, Skrap Metal, Two Flat, Mellowtron, etc. I know there are historical significance to that symbol but curious as it applies to the label as obviously the artist has used it quite a bit.

I’m not positive on that, but Dan (the artist) did correct my mistake in instagram saying the cow on beef dipped was the same as Apocalypse Cow label. Beef Dipped cow is called Chicago Ghost, the larger horned older cousin of the short horned AC. So that mystery is solved.

Digging that neither is a DIPA and intrigued by Barbe Rouge, as I've never heard of that hop.

What’s the scuttlebutt on the 2 new ones? Grabbed cans of Swivel Arm at the Open Bottle but New Oklahoma was gone

Had Swivel Arm tonight...one of their better recent efforts, in my opinion.

Nice tangerine, lemon & cane sugar flavors with a hint of dry grass.

    Haven't cracked New Oklahoma yet...

Having Swivel now and it’s pretty good. I definitely get the grassiness from Amarillo with lots of citrus flavors too. Maybe sort of forgettable among HB beers but I’m happy to have it

4 hops would be a rare move for HB. Always nice to have a Sabro Hop Butcher Beer too

I've avoided HB for as much as I could this summer, but Double Grid pulled me back in. Both of those new beers look like they could be home runs...

Hey - is the location shown for Hop Bitcher a taproom or a place where you can buy the latest cans? I am not sure based on what I see on the internet. Figured I would ask those in the know in this thread. Taking a trip shortly and want to know if it worth hitting this spot. Cheers!

It's where they brew their beer at - the Miskatonic Brewery in Darien, IL.

And to add to that point, no they do not sell cans of Hop Butcher out of there. Occasionally they’ll tap a new beer, but you’ll have to follow Miskatonic on Instagram to find out when or if they have HB on tap. You’ll have to stick to local stores to buy cans of Hop Butcher.
