I double checked the spelling because I didn’t want to lose on a technicality. Also I have no clue about baseball I just hadn’t seen his name thrown out there yet

So, I'm not in this round, but I figure this is the best place to put it. I came home the other day to three boxes waiting for me. They caught me off guard landing all at one. Here's the pron:

@azuelke with the assist for the BA version of the can he sent me last round (which was awesome)
    CW Strawberry Shoppe
UA/Weldworks Hazy IIPA triple dry hop
Eagle Park Tropical Slush sour ale (really loved the Eagle Park fruit you sent last time)

@FFFjunkie decided to hit me with another third box since the last one went missing, even though I said that the two that landed were already awesome!
Pipework's Infinite Citra (haven't had Pipeworks in a while)
Hop Butcher Beef Dipped (haven't had a bad HB yet)
    Hop Butcher Tavern Cut
    Hop Butcher Double Grid
FFF Molten Mirrors (peach sounds delicious)
    Casa Agria Gerezita *new brewery
    Pipework's NvUvThe Cryo
Energy City Double Marshmallow S'mores stout *new brewery
The Sour Note Brewing Mallow Days pastry berliner *new brewery
    [IMG]

@Dragginballs76 noted my desire to try the new gose since I love the Westbrook goses, which are magical in my book
    Charles Town Fermentory Creamsicle IIPA
Westbrook Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Gose (hard on!)
    Edmund's Oast Sour Blackberry Raspberry
450 Pink Guava Slushy *new brewery and big time want, so thank you for this too!

I apologize for not posting this earlier, but I proceeded to go out and meet friends for sushi that night and got a little bit wasted (from what I could remember). Everything is appreciated and time will allow me to reciprocate.

Not going to enter, but I'm a big A's fan too. I still have nightmares about Jeter and Verlander. Loved Moneyball too. The Eck was my favorite player growing up, followed by Rickey Henderson. Hope they pull it off and make some noise this year. Favorite play was Laureano's overthrow of 1st base for the double play. What an arm!

Nice to know another A’s fan! My dad was raised in Oakland and I’ve been a lifelong fan. Went to the earthquake series in ‘89 when I was 10. Got to go down by the clubhouse that year or ‘88 & Bo Jackson walked right by me. A beast of a man! A’s beat the Royals so I didn’t ask for an autograph. So many memories in what is now a crappy stadium, ha.

I grew up in SoCal and was a Dodgers fan but remember Rollie Fingers way back - he was my neighbor’s cousin. I also went to high school with Mark McGuire and remember when he was skinny! I’ll never forget watching the earthquake game live. Many down in LA could feel it.

On the strength of this facial hair alone the A’s should finish with 100 Ws

Yeah that's hideous. Guess guys in the clubhouse were googling the worst beards and he decided to roll with the worst one.

Picked up a mixed case at Tired Hands on Friday. Only keeping 1 beer from that case (the new Double Alien Church, which I can’t wait to try). The rest? Oh, you’ll see.

Taking my daughter down to San Francisco Thursday to a concert for her 16th birthday. If 2017 Lost Abbey Cable Car is on any of your wish lists let me know. I believe Toronado SF is the only place you can purchase it. Usually it's for on site consumption only. The 2017 is $80 for on site or to go. Way to rich for my blood. If any of you are interested and would Cash app me the $80 later(and as long as they still have it), I'll swing by and pick it up. I'll pay tax and shipping. Wish I could grab it and BIF but have 2 large boxes I'll be working on and need to maximize the $. In case more than 1 of you (although not sure anyone will be interested) takes me up on this, I'll ship to the 1st to respond. Cheers

So I totally understand the mixed/low reviews on this thing now. It is not for the faint hearted, so much scotch presence.

It’s soaked & dripping with a smokey, earthy soil. Fudgey chocolate can be found in the background, but it would be like eating a chocolate bar while watching a field burn, the smoke has your attention.

Like I said before, I get the mixed/low reviews & ratings because of the huge scotch presence, but honestly, I think PAA pulled off a scotch barrel beer about as well as they could’ve done & it definitely goes down as the best scotch barrel beer that I have had this far (even though that’s not a huge number)

    @r0rschach

    I also had Snorkel today.

It brought a huge funkiness in the nose (to the point my wife walked through the kitchen & said “ugh that smells like a skunk, go drink that outside” ha!)
But the taste was balanced beyond beauty. Crisp wheat & dry straw tangling with a nice salinity & touch of tartness. Just a great drinking beer all around.

    Huge thanks @JBowenGeorgia !

    & cheers Savages!
