    I'm finally deeming myself worthy after waiting 6 years. Sweet malt, some bitter grapefruit and pine, a smooth 11.2%. Good, but probably not six years good.:thinking_face:

    Baghaven is Mikkeller’s most interesting project to me. It’s all about sours and aging. This was aged first in oak foeders and then on Danish wine and table grapes, for a total of 30 (!) months.

    Can’t stop listening to this album...

    One of the best Duvel Triple Hops ever. The best in my humble opinion.
    I'm surprised the source of this has not dried up yet. Because the cashmere is a very small edition.
