This is the view a step outside my garage door...this is after the rain had stopped for the most part, and has receded pretty substantially in the last hour to this.

Juice is outrageous.. I know you never gotten your money's worth from finback but best believe they can brew a solid neipa when put to the test.. Just ask @JayORear

You tried a Finback stout yet? I saw one on tap the other day in Rochester but it is all sold out as of now. Finback does good sour IPAs as well as NEIPA's but I wish I would have tried that stout

Crystal clear, dark amber body; nice slowly rising carbonation; somewhat thin head yet thick and sudsy with sticky patches of foam inside the glass. Classic west coast IPA pine resin scent; a bit dank. The taste brings a slightly sweet and toasty malt base carrying a pungent and bitter hop presence; pine resin; boldly bitter; peppery. Fairly heavy body; sticky with a decent residual sugar note; semi-sweet plus semi-dry mouthfeel.

This is an awesome American IPA, classic looking, smelling, and tasting. Rich and flavorful with a strong hop bitterness. Clean and balanced and should please any hop-head.

One of the dankest IPAs I've ever had, in a good way, with some quite nice citrus and lighter tropical notes, rounded out by a great balance of sweet'ish malt and quite bitter hops.

Had a nice afternoon out with the gf, including a stop by the "local" for some shopping and a brew:

Hubbard's Cave Coffee and Cakes (imperial stout with coffee and maple syrup)

After re-stocking my fridge, it looks like flavored stouts are the go-to answer today:

I'm with you on preferring Blind Pig over Pliny the Elder. Granted two different styles (single vice double IPA)...

I did a side-by-side taste test earlier this year, and probably leaned towards PtE then, but after having access to both beers fairly frequently of late, BP is now tops my list...
