    Ah, great news! If you have time, please join us for our 11am brewery tour on Saturdays -- I don't want to toot our horn too much, but I think it's a really cool tour! We'll load you up with a lot of beer and take you around the brewery -- there's a lot of things we do that you don't normally see in American breweries.

    Went to a bunch of breweries and taprooms in the city, and once again Dovetail had the best beer of the day! Love what they are doing!

    Hey @OleWorm - I actually did your tour while we lived (temporarily) in Chicago, back in the fall of 2017. Great tour, too, and I still dream of that coolship you guys use. Keep on keepin' on! See you soon. Prost!

    I did the Dovetail brewery tour this past weekend while I was in Chicago. Awesome! Multiple-decoction mashes, coolship and open-top fermenters for even their lager beers. I'm not sure even Pilsner Urquell does all that anymore.
