Sway is incredibly refreshing. Nice dose of the Pils malt mixed with very light grapefruit. I don’t get much sweetness, maybe a little in the aroma. Very low bitterness with enough of a dry finish to entice the next slug.

Coincidentally headed there today. Can’t wait to try it! Favorite brewery in the state of CT.

Don’t hesitate on the Doppelbock - take all eight cans.

Fox Farm was at the Eli Cannon charity beerfest last night and one of their offerings was Alta. I was telling one of the guys how much I liked that beer and he said it was their worse selling IPA which seems crazy to me. And the people that I had try it for the first time

I'm not entirely sure but seems like it's been available for a while. I need some Hearthbound. Looking forward to seeing that one return. That Doppelbock sounds tasty btw.

The Doppelbock is excellent, hopefully you can find your way to Salem.

I’m disappointed this weeks canning is two hoppy beers but may still make the trip for 8 more Konfluenz.

I agree, although Little Brook is such a beauty to drink in the summer.

At FF now. Reporting that Hearth Bound is one of the best base porters I’ve ever had. I don’t usually like the style but this is tasty. Virid is also really good

Anyone know typically how long a batch of Ashlawn will stay on for growler fills?

    2/20 batch lasted two months.

I’m headed up back home to MA this Friday to see the in-laws. Never been to FF before but have heard great things. What are the lines typically like on a Friday? I was thinking of hitting TH on the way but technically FF is like 15 minutes closer to 95. I’d rather just go with whatever has less drama. Love me some Tree House but the lines pretty much always blow...now that Fox Farm is buzzing maybe it’s all a wash... any tips/advice appreciated

I don’t think they really ever have lines but someone will correct me if I’m wrong. I was there on a Saturday morning last month, right after open, and there was no line whatsoever.

Really great to hear. Now I’m at a crossroads. TH or FF. I’m just gonna have to wing-it based on traffic I guess. Appreciate the replies, everyone.

if it’s a chill day for you and you’re in no particular rush you can probably do both. That said (and sorry if I misunderstood) if 95 is your route I think tree house might take you a little further off the route. But if you stopped at fox farm you could always jump on rt 2 in CT to 84e and then continue on to MA. Just spit balling. Good luck and enjoy. You can’t go wrong either way IMO
