Well since I am shipping next week I think it is time to make the clues a little easier.

Hint #1 I am not shipping east.
Hint #2 I have shipped to target A less than 2 times, I have shipped to target B less than 14 times.
Hint #3 Target A you are going to require some work but I like that. Target B flat rate will not introduce the beers I want you to try.
Hint #4 I have more beer karma than one of my targets but less than the other.
Hint #5 I have never been to target A or target B's states before but I have been one state away from target A. I have also never been to target C's state which is a looooong way away from A and B.
Hint #6 I have never sent my targets a box of dick's
Hint #7 I have never slept under the same roof as my targets
Hint #8 I think it is time to mention that Hint #2 is a lie.
Hint #9 Not shipping South
Hint #10 One of my targets is upset after this weekends football games not sure about the other target??
Hint #11 Neither of my targets have posted in the last 3 pages.
Hint #12 I have never shipped to either of my targets before, this should eliminate everyone except @FakePhilly and a few others.
Hint #13 Both of my targets have a person in their avatar
Hint#14 Target A seems to not really care for spirits while Target B probably digs Hennessy

Hmmm, I do have some 3s in my username (in honor of Larry Legend). But I haven't been able to make sense of your other clues. Interesting.....

Hint #1 Looks like I'll be shipping north, surprising right?
Hint #2 I've ticked beers from both of my target's states on here.
Hint #3 I have visited both target's states.
Hint #4 One of my targets has ticked more beers than I have, the other has not.
Hint #5 I'll go with a college football hint, if my favorite team has guaranteed a team from your state will not go undefeated this year you are not my target.
Hint #6 Not shipping to a state that borders mine.
Hint #7 If I have shaken your hand there is a 25% chance that you are one of my targets.
Hint #8 I have not sent my target a ninja box in the past(that I recall).
Hint #9 My state has more counties than my either of my target's state.
Hint #10 If our actions could be misinterpreted as one giving the other a reach around, you are not my target!
Hint #11 The shortest street in my state bears my name(ironically it's in my town but I've never met the person it was named after). I could see one of my targets(B) having a road with their name, not so much with target A.

 

Box heading out today for a journey west to a different time zone.

 

At what point do I give up on a box actually being delivered and file a claim? A USPS box I sent last Monday is still floating around somewhere and tracking says it's in the network and on track to be delivered to its final destination.

When you try to file the claim itll tell you time limit I think ten days on priority but I'm not 100%

I used to have a regular hookup at the Answer then his company made him move. THOSE BASTARDS> He used to ship FedEx Ground as it was 2 days on avg. He never send when it was really hot... so this time of year will be fine. He packed in 1gal ziplocks not very tight incase of an explosion can still save the joose. He put frozen water bottles in the ziplocs in the box. I ended up with joose and h2o .. only had one casualty.
