What you have no "borrowed" glasses from drinking establishments? Look at Mr. Moneybuckets over here, folks!!!

In all seriousness, I have no need for steins but these are pretty cool.

Did you know that every time you drink from a glass at a brewery you are using a used consuming utensil? :scream::scream::scream::scream:

I mean do you not wash your dishes when you bring them home, whether purchased brand new or used from the poor house?

All purchased glassware I'd bought have been packaged unused.

    Yes I'm aware of that.

Find it weird for them to sell used glassware. Why not store them for next event and recycle them for taproom use. Or even easier, sell the glassware ( unused and clean) with a pour at discounted price.

As long as they're clean I'm not sure I understand why this is a big deal at all.

The unused steins sold out on the first day we made them available and folks have been asking about purchasing the service steins since then.

I don't intend to repeat the Orctoberfest theme, so we might as well get the remaining pieces to the folks who are gonna' love 'em! (And at a $4 discount. :beers:)

Shipping would be a benefit for me. My opportunities for shopping are very limited, much less a trip to the brewery, interesting as that would be. I lead a very busy life and I love a lot of their beers.

Kudos on Reaction State this year! Stopped in for a pour and pickups yesterday. They nailed the breakfast style. I was worried when I saw the cinnamon barrel in description and got college flashbacks of 2am fireball shots; however it was perfect on the cinnamon. Nice full mouth feel (compared to previous releases), slight maple and coffee backbone and rounded out by a natural cinnamon stick flavor. Really dug it.

Reaction State was my favorite from the 2017 release. Definitely excited to this new release.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’d like a little more maple out of it. But overall, damn fine beer.

Not totally surprising, this beer was absolutely awful when it was previewed at WoL last year. Unless of course you like chili tequila. I’m hoping this beer has developed into something better.

Echoing @Space_Cowboy85. It was way too hot and had way too much chili at the WoL preview. It was a significant step back from the original.

Based off IG comments from BL I don’t think it’s the same beer that you’re referring to?

Last year's WOL version had habaneros, didn't see them mentioned in the description for the bottle.

How was this years Fundamental Observation? My buddy is offering several of his bottles at pretty much cost. Wondering if it's worth hoarding that many and particularly, how this beer holds up to cellaring.

I know that heavily adjuncted beers can lose flavor over time so wondering how this is. And all BL stouts for that matter when it comes to cellaring. Thanks!

Much better than 2018 b4, I’d say it is on par with 2017 b3. Honestly I’d trade all my 2018s for 2019s.

They hold up pretty well. I had a 2016 b2 this summer that was fantastic.

Did a side by side of this years FO with Monster Park Vanilla, liked FO better.

Had an FO with about a year+ on it a while back, and found I like it better near its release. So I tend to go through my FO bottles within a few months of buying them now.

But that's just one man's oppnion.
