Why not? Could be a fun exercise. Shouldn't be too hard if they are so far behind the times. It's as if we are talking about kern citra or alpine nelson right now. Honestly just curious as to what are the best and easily obtainable WCIPA out there!

Aw, man, you know what I think. Flawless, indeed. I've said it before, but Pliny's like a classic Mercedes . . . not necessarily the coolest car on the block, but it's the one you'd want to drive every day.

Well this thread ain't about that, but since you asked (and since I can't tell and don't care if you're trolling)...

SoCalBeerIdiot's Incomplete List of Delicious WCIPAs that are as readily available(-ish) as Pliny:
    (in no particular order)
    • Beachwood Amalgamator
    • HPB west coasts - Hello LA, Neon, and 1UP are my faves but others are quite tasty, too
    • El Segundo Mayberry
    • Smog City IPA (formerly Hoptonic IPA but they can't put "tonic" on a label)
    • Modern Times Booming Rollers
I lean heavy into mosaic hops so take that for what it's worth. HPB's westies, though not year round, are available often enough between them that I'd put them on this list.

Bear in mind, this is just one idiot's opinion.

Wasn’t expecting to find Pliny here in Seoul. Was even more shocked to see how much one bottle cost. That’s approximately $30us. I didn’t buy it. I brought 3 bottles from home to share. Along with a bunch of cans.

No. I was too shocked at the price tag. If I make it back to the store I’ll check.

Pairing Pliny the Elder with pigs feet, blood sausage and spicy rice cake. Only thing missing in this feast is Blind Pig.

Mmm could use some ddukbokki and kimbap right now. Although, wouldn't the sweetness mess with PtE?

Normally I'd agree, but the last 2 times I've grabbed Citraholic its had an off-putting metallic aspect. Need to find some fresh Amalgamator I guess.

RRBC’s hazy ipa Mind Circus is available in cans (4pk). Only available at their Windsor & Santa Rosa locations. Hopefully next year we’ll see a distro on this decent hazy beer from these guys. This is new beginnings for them with a can release. I hope Pig and the Elder stays in bottles.

aren't the bottles like an ounce more or something? I always liked pouring my pint, then crushing that last little beer bite leftover
