    When do they open the memberships up again? Or do they not do that publicly.

    Current members have option to renew until Nov 1st - assuming spots become available they should be out on Nov 2 so if interested keep that date on your radar.

    am I crazy or does this seem like an amazing deal? $200 for 10 awesome big beers plus other perks?
    Is there a downside?

    how many memberships do they sell? havent done this before, but right now it looks to be almost a no-brainer

    Aside from Hill Farmstead shelf bottles, this is the best deal in beer.

    The downside is you may spend way too much on beer when you can pre-order every release and have it waiting for you next time you're in Maine. What's amazing is it's actually 10 awesome beers plus a members only magnum bottle.

    This is a Shout out to anyone that has a membership or will have one:

    I traded with the wonderful @jhavs sometime last year (or perhaps it was late 2017). In that trade I ended up with a Big Munro. I fell in love with this beer and have not had success on the trading forums.

    If anyone ends up with any BA Big Munro that they are open to trading to a good home, please shoot me a message. I would love the opportunity again, and happy to make the trade larger to decrease cost/beer of said trade.

    Just asking for clarification. For Bottle Society membership can you send the document in at any time prior to Saturday at 12pm? Or are they only accepting them after Saturday at 12pm? I can't really tell based on their instructions listed on the website.

    Agreed. Was a first time member last year and I live about an hour away. Its a great deal and I bought WAYY more pre sale bottles than I anticipated. Basically they link your card when you sign up and when they release new bottles, you simply say ill take "x" bottles of whatever beer and then it gets charged. Super easy and efficient. That said, if your watching your beer budget, look out. Other than that I was really happy with being a member and will remain one for many years.

    Do they have a set number of bottles a member can buy per release pre-sale? (Like a 2 bottle per Society member limit)

    Yes there will be a limit, it varies for each release.
