    What does it take to score a bottle? Does anyone even have one? I know I have the artillery to score one....just don't know how much ammo I need!

    My guess is that a trade would have to include one of 5-10 specific bottles (i dont see anyone trading down in rarity with it). So, id start with the 5 or 6 rarest bottles out there excluding M...if you dont have one of them, good luck!

    Call up Midnight Sun and ask them. I'm sure they have more M laying around than anyone else.

    Unless you have beers not listed in your cellar, it will likely be an up hill battle. Just my 2cents.

    What I would do is pretend I had M and then ask myself what I would want for it if I had it up for trade. And if that matches what you have in the cellar then throw up the ISO.

    Make an offer, I can tell you if you it will do it.

    I believe some bottles have changed hands lately, but the last confirmed trade I saw go through was Brandy Dark Lord, Brandy Vanilla Dark Lord, Pappy Van Winkle Dark Lord, and 2010 Cable Car.

    I have lots of stuff not listed on my cellar....for obvious reasons! Plus it hasn't been updated in a few months

    I saw a recent episode of drinking made easy and Midnight sun cracked one for the host.

    The brewer called it a "$1500.00" bottle of beer.
    There wasnt even a comment on the beer.

    I saw the same thing and thought it was a bit comical. But then again on a different episode (Denver maybe), they drank a bottle of Parabola that was worth over $100! :rolling_eyes:

    I think a sneeze is slower than that bit.

    I think that was the Vegas episode.

    They also sipped a couple of 22oz 09 BCBS at GI while in Chicago.

    I don't think that anything on your "cellar" list would get you an M.....even the ones classified as "No" under Will Trade?

    Even a package deal would require countless bottles on your end.

    I would just drink a Kuhnehnn BBBW instead and realize that you'd be much happier with that.

    I agree with the Kuhnhenn BBBW comment. But this wasn't a "Hey everyone, check out my cellar link" thread! Plus...I don't add half the bottIes I really have to that link mainly because trolls like some of you will BM with messages like...

    "What do you want for your Rare?"
    "What do you want for those bottles of CBS?"
    "What do you want for those 24 bottles of BA Batch 9000?"

    But seriously, how are we supposed to help you if you don't tell us what all of this "artillery" is that you seem to know will score one? This could be pretty open/shut if you just divulged what these special bottles are.

    I promise...no one will pester you via BM. I promise.

    I didn't know it had to become a dick measuring contest to see what would score a bottle of M. A couple of you great BAs answered my question with past experiences of seeing previous trades and other ideas....and I thank those people. To everyone else....I will keep my dick in my pants and enjoy the beer I may or may not already have!
