Pat helped brew this uber tasty west coast DIPA over at Pariah. I was in SD today and couldn't help myself when I saw this. It's got Alpine DNA through and through. He brewed an IPA called Lupulin Alliance at Stereo Brewing in Placentia a few months ago also. I was disappointed by it, only because I had high hopes given his track record at Alpine. It got canned and distributed and sat on shelves for a long time.
I remember hearing a story of when William Faulkner came out to Hollywood; he pretty said that he could not work there, and he went back to Mississippi. Well, I see Pat as William, and his ass needs to be in Alpine with that Alpine Water!
