I have developed so many hints already.... It's been way too long since I've done one of these things......

 

Hint 1: shipping to a state I haven’t shipped before

 

There's no easy way to do a untappd list of all of the Newbies, but here's a list of participants new to this round and last or so, so all of the "old" Newbies can add them, if they haven't already...
