Actual question for @azuelke .... With how fast some of my local breweries put out new iterations of their banging IPAs and other beers (Outer Range, WW, etc) Can I in good faith send an "unrated" IPA believing it should be over a 4.0? Target if you don't care how he answers and you're down with CO goodies I could send that may be too new like this post
I would think any major brewery dropping new beers would be fine in that regard like Treehouse, Narrow Gauge, Weldwerks all that stuff usually lands around 4 but I'm not in charge
