    Not super fond of it but have about 4 gallons to go.

    My favorite from Hank (and I've got a bunch of 'em). And I'm looking forward to the Mosaic Records 'The Complete Hank Mobley Blue Note Sessions 1963-70'.

    Fair State FSB: 2019 Part 1, 13% ABV. Pours thick and black with a three-finger brown head that left no lacing. Nose is marshmallow and chocolate, taste follows, plus honey graham crackers, quite sweet and no bitterness, truly a pastry stout. Excellent thick and smooth mouthfeel with light carbonation. Overall outstanding, to near-world-class. The best s'mores beer I've had.
