    Good morning advocates!

Here’s a very rare treat and I can call it a “whalez” here in Europe from the more than kind and generous @laketang

Outstanding pale ale! He also was nice enough to send it fairly fresh to me. Many thanks sir and looking forward to meet you next time you’re around here...

    Cheers all!

Good day BAs! Today's New Breakfast Beer, from the Costco box:

Probably should have been a drain pour - I'm not big on corn syrup flavored beers.

Another Helles from the Costco box. This one had several misses for the style. There's always tomorrow though...

Heard this one on a sleepy ride home this morning

Cheers all and enjoy your Wednesday!:beers:

    Lives up to it's name . . .

On entry malt is more apparent than in the scent with just a hint of sweetness. Hops are upfront from the beginning with multiple flavors of pine, lemon zest, a touch of ripe tropical fruit and that herbal thing still going on. Sharp herbs like fresh Basil which is to say savory rather than sweet. A fully flavorful 4.9% beer that punches above it's weight.

Slow morning on the thread I see...taking my second break - MBC’s “Woods & Waters” IPA:

    Bottled 10/1/19 and simply excellent...

Pours pale gold with excellent clarity; three fingers of fluffy white foam; long cap retention; medium heavy lace sheets the glass, top to bottom; heavy ring and cap is still present entire way down. Pine, spice and herbal hops; lemongrass in the nose as beverage warms. Light bitter herbal, spicy and pine tastes up front; semi sweet malt base; lemongrass/citrus finish. Medium lite body; moderate carbonation; lite sticky resin feel. Overall, excellent lite bitter hop linger; easy drinking IPA and poundable.

@superspak you've played a lot of Floyd recently, surprised you haven't thrown this one out there for us!
