    So yeah, the Kolsch is excellent. They can't start canning that soon enough.

    The Kolsch is spot on for sure, extremely well done! Was a big fan of NG Kid Kolsch but this is an even cleaner and crisper brew.

    If you stop in to the taproom give X04 Wild Vienna a try. Definitely an interesting take on a lager and I'll be back for more (and more growler fills of Kolsch)!

    X04 is possibly the best dovetail beer I’ve had to date. It’s between X02, X04, and Kolsch
